  • Lead Generation - Working to identify qualified sources for sales, including list acquisition, prioritizing, qualifying and requalifying leads and distribution.  Includes closed loop lead generation programs.
  • Direct Marketing - Working to develop campaigns to sell directly to consumers including catalog, website promotional programs, loyalty programs and direct mail.
  • Database Work - Designing, refining and customizing databases.  Working with existing data or developing new programs.  Includes credit screening, data modeling, list hygiene, writing functional specs and sourcing hardware and vendors.
  • Prospecting and List Acquisition Sources – Identifying sources for both consumer and business-to-business direct marketing including postal lists, email lists, lead guarantee programs, events, white paper and podcast programs and contact discovery.
  • Analysis and Program Audits – Setting up tracking systems and test matrixes.  Analyzing campaign results and recommending rollout and ongoing campaigns from these.
